Simon Cohen is a seasoned tech reviewer, and widely known in Canada. His work appears on multiple high-profile technology sites, and he has appeared on national television and radio programs discussing technology. He is an authority on audio, wireless audio, and home networking technology. He's also written about, and is interested in, Artificial Intelligence.
Nick Kattis is a journalist, producer, and creative based in the Greater Toronto Area. The co-founder of Highcard Creative Co., Nick is *always* on top of the latest trends and technology. He's great with a camera, and fantastic with words. Nick has a special interest in VR, AR, and live-streaming technologies.
Pawel Dwulit is an award-winning photographer and video-journalist – as well as a highly experienced drone pilot. Pawel was one of the team that produced the outstanding The Last Colonizer for DJI world in remotest Patagonia. A world traveller with an exceptional and compassionate eye, he's also a terrific team player.
David MacQuarrie is career journalist and Maker - capable of designing and executing projects involving electronics, metal-work, sculpture and more. One of his more unique claims to fame was his design and creation of a digital "Prime Time Clock" - which only displayed time when the total digits, including seconds, represented a prime number. He's currently at work on something far more complex, and loves technology.
Chris Demelo is a freelance journalist who has delved into podcasts, video game coverage and even some investigative work. He prides himself on knowing topics intimately – and working to understand even the most complex consumer technology. He's always fascinated by new tech, and loves sharing that knowledge with his readers.
Rachel is a new member of our growing TDC Team. A University of Toronto journalism student, she loves staying on top of the latest tech (and the best television shows). She looks forward to her work with TDC!
Scott Simmie is The Digital Circuit's Executive Editor. An award-winning multi-platform journalist and co-author of three best-selling non-fiction books, he was bitten by the drone bug before the first Phantom was released. He spent about a week building his first tricopter, which he promptly crashed.
Stephen has spent over 25 years solving complex problems through the careful application of technology, and believes in a pragmatic and forward looking approach to technology, embracing change while minimizing risk and instability. A published science fiction writer and dedicated coder, Stephen is fluent in the both the language of man and machine.
